What is your return policy? TOP
Because our products are custom made specifically for you, unless there
is a defect in your item or a mistake made by us, the item may not be
returned. We take great pride in the quality of our product and
want you to be 100% satisfied, so if there is any problem with your
order, please let us know as soon as possible. Please contact
Sheila at threadsoflove@gmail.com regarding any questions or concerns you may have.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
Most of our products are hand made by us. After order/payment is
received, please allow up to 2 weeks (custom made tote bags can be up to 3 weeks) for your order to be
shipped.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
We ship our orders via USPS Priorty Mail (usually 2-3 day delivery).
I am local, may I pick my order up to avoid shipping cost? TOP
Yes, I understand how expensive shipping cost can be. I will be happy to arrange a time that you may pick your order up.
What form of payments do you accept? TOP
We accept payment through Pay
Pal. We also accept checks and money orders via snail mail, but
please keep in mind this will slow the order process, as we will not be
able to begin customizing order until the payment has cleared the bank.

If I need a quick gift, do you have pre-made items without names available to order? TOP
Yes. We are in the process of creating gift sets that will be
available "as is" or you may have personalized with one name at no extra
charge. These sets will be complete with a ribbon around them, so
all you have to do is put in a gift bag and go! Please see our Gift Set Page for more information.
